F-Prot 6.0.9.3

We currently use an installer from an older version which auto-updates itself to the most recent version. We haven't specifically packaged 6.0.9.3.

As-of at least 6.0.9.3 the installer has a version specific filename (fpav-windows-x86-sc-en-6.0.9.3.msi rather than fpav-windows-x86-hc-en.msi).

The README.txt file accompanying 6.0.9.3 states this, which currently dissuades us from changing the WPKG packages.xml to include this newer version: "NOTE: There is an issue, if you upgrade from an older SC version to this one and use the respective switch for silent ("unattended") installs (/qn). The first reboot - of the two required ones - will be silent as well. I.e. the user will not be prompted. So please take this into account when deploying this version throughout your network/domain."

When we do update packages.xml for a newer version of F-Prot the revision number won't be incremented because F-Prot auto updates itself.

When moving start menu shortcuts the program would initiate auto-repair the next time it was accessed. This was by design but the behaviour has been modified based on customer feedback. - http://www.f-prot.com/download/ReleaseNotesWindows.txt - Did I disable some TWEAK shortcut deletion because of ths in 6.0.5.0?
