Variant mailredirect-0.7.4-tb3-20100708.xpi for Thunderbird 3.0 and 3.1. Because of issues with the authors, do not use version from the front page of mailredirect.mozdev.org/; note that version 0.7.5 is actually an older version for Thunderbird 2.
