Additionally remove the autoupdater (Since approximately 6.0u18, Sun has included Java Auto Updater as a separate package that is automatically installed with the JRE. You can disable automatic updates by uninstalling the Java Auto Updater after the JRE is installed or upgraded.
The installer no longer requires the switches 'IEXPLORER=1 MOZILLA=1 ADDLOCAL=ALL REBOOT=Suppress'
Removed the 'upgrade' lines that uninstall 6.0u18 and later as the default patch-in-place mechanism (from JRE 6 Update 10 onwards) makes them unnecessary.

We've now fixed 'install'; improved 'install' and 'upgrade' by not leaving in files from previous version that may have been removed in a new version; added a 'remove'; 'upgrade' was broken in that it was preventing lightning from appearing in Thunderbird, we don't know why, but it's now fixed; and an additional enhancement in copying the whole Lightning directory rather than *.* is that it uses less COMMAND.COM environment memory(?).
